Functions of Making bags, filling and sealing are integrated. The equipment occupies a small space, which can be installed quickly and conveniently.
M-type PE heavy packaging film rolls are heat-sealed. The heating strips and temperature controllers are imported from Germany and can be heated in sections.The size of the bag can be adjusted as required.
The equipment with dust removal design can be applied to both particles and powders. At the same time, it can be equipped with a variety of feeding and weighing systems, suitable for packaging a variety of products.
The HMI can monitor the running status of the equipment in real time and save relevant data for reference.
Its packing speed is very fast, up to 1200 bag/hour, and work with high level palletizing system, to achieve automatic production line.

- 1Roll Film Support：The worm gear elevator controls the automatic lifting of the film roll, facilitating film replacement.
- 2Corner Sealing：The corner seals can be manually adjusted symmetrically to meet the requirements of different bag widths. The temperature of the corner seals can be changed at any time as needed.
- 3Bag Length Adjustment：The reduction motor drives the lead screw to rotate, positioning the center of the corner seal at the junction of the bag bottom and bag tail to meet the adjustment range of bag lengths.
- 4Convey Film and Make Bags：The servo motor feeds the film to the specified bag length, and the cutter cuts off the bottom-sealed bag from the film roll to complete the bag-making process.
- 5Rotary Bag Delivery：The clamping mechanism conveys the empty bags from the bottom-seal film feeding position to the bag-opening mechanism.
- 6Open Bag：The vacuum suction cups open the bag mouth under the action of the vacuum pump.
- 7Supply Bag：The bag-loading gripper inserts into the bag opening, and the bag-spreading cylinder expands the bag mouth. Subsequently, the bag mouth is sleeved over the material gate mechanism, which clamps and secures the bag mouth in position.
- 8Filling：The pre-weighed materials in the weighing mechanism are released and dropped into the bag. A material intercepting device and a dust removal channel are installed at the filling port to meet the requirements of clean packaging.
- 9Swing Arm：The swing arm levels the opening of the filled bag and conveys the filled bag from the material gate mechanism to the mouth-sealing mechanism.
- 10Mouth Sealing：The mouth-sealing mechanism clamps the bag opening to perform the mouth-sealing operation on it.
- 11Vibration and Delivery：The compaction mechanism is located below the filling port. During the material filling process, it compacts the materials inside the bag to make the bag shape full, and then conveys the bag to the next station.
